I LIKE A PIECE OF JEWELRY ON YOUR SITE, BUT WOULD YOU MAKE A SMALL CHANGE FOR ME?

Many of our pieces are made to order, which makes us able to customize our standard items to fit your personal preferences. For example, we can modify the center gem shape, the finish, the precious metal, and the gems that we set. CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER TO RECEIVE IT SOONER THAN THE DATE GIVEN?

If you need your order sooner than the expected timeframe on our website, we are happy to offer expedited production service on most of our jewelry. All requests to expedite an order are subject to a non-refundable production service fee to ensure the order advances in our production queue.  Please Contact us at 1(212)730-0112 for more information about placing an expedited order.


IS YOUR PACKAGING DISCREET? WHAT DOES THE BOX LOOK LIKE?

Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret. Majestic Diamonds is not mentioned on the package. Please let us know what we can do to make sure your Majestic Diamonds order remains a surprise. Contact us for special delivery arrangements, including expedited or Saturday delivery. You may also find more information at our Shipping Policy page.


Can I track my order?

Yes. On the day of shipment we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You'll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step.


What is your return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation. Please see our Return Policy Page.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Majestic Diamonds accepts all major US, Canadian credit cards, bank wire payment,  and PayPal. 


 

DO YOU INCLUDE INSURANCE APPRAISALS WITH PURCHASES?

We include a complimentary insurance appraisal with all engagement rings and wedding rings that have not been modified, all pendants and earrings. For other items, insurance appraisals are available upon request. Please note that insurance appraisals are not included with exchange or metal credit orders, except upon request.


CAN I SEE YOUR JEWELRY IN PERSON?

Yes, you may visit our New York City location to view any and all items. Please call us at 1(212)730-0112 or schedule an appointment online. Please visit our Contact Us page to view all our store information. Although we do not have retail stores elsewhere, we are experienced in working with customers remotely and have shared in thousands of engagements and weddings around the world.
