How do you being shoppiing for an engagment ring?

First, have a budget in mind, and the style you’re looking for. Find some inspiration pieces you and your future fiancé like. If you don’t know what kind of rings they like, ask their friends and family to help, and check if they have a Pinterest board of rings. Then, using the budget and style, talk to our designers more in-depth about metal choices, gemstone choices, and more.

Do you include an appraisal for insurance?

An appraisal is provided with every purchase, customized jewelry as well.

Can you help me design a custom piece of jewlery?

We specializes in full custom design, and can create the jewelry piece you desire. With the custom design process, When an order is placed, it’s moved into the CAD phase (3-D image), you can expect the initial design in 7-10 business days. Once a design is approved, we would like to have 2-3 weeks for production. We do all of our work on-site, so we can be moderately flexible with due dates if absolutely necessary. The whole process can take 3-4 weeks, depending on how many modifications you need.

Do you only make engagment rings and wedding bands?

No. We frequently create fashion rings as well as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and pendants. These can also be fully customized.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Yes, we do offer shipping on Saturdays, please see our Shipping Policy

Can I expedite my order to recieve it sooner than the date given?

If you need your order sooner than the expected timeframe on our website, we are happy to offer expedited production service on most of our jewelry. All requests to expedite an order are subject to a non-refundable production service fee to ensure the order advances in our production queue.

Is your packing discreet? What does the box look like?

Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret. Majestic Diamonds is not mentioned on the package. Please let us know what we can do to make sure your Majestic Diamonds order remains a surprise. Contact us for special delivery arrangements, including expedited or Saturday delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. On the day of shipment we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. It will be shipped using UPS

What is your return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation. Please see our Return Policy Page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Majestic Diamonds accepts all major US, Canadian credit cards, bank wire payment and Zelle

Do you include apprasialls with your purchases?

We include a complimentary insurance appraisal with all engagement rings and wedding rings that have not been modified, all pendants and earrings. For other items, insurance appraisals are available upon request. Please note that insurance appraisals are not included with exchange or metal credit orders, except upon request.

How much does it cost to ship a ring? Is shipping jewelry safe? Is shipping jewelry included?

Shipping is much safer than most realize. However, we do believe it is better to be safe than sorry. We offer 2-day shipping on orders in the United States and Canada, and the packages are insured to 100% value of the item. Delivery requires an adult signature, or the carrier will not leave the package.
