Shipping Policy:

Discreet Packaging – we believe that discreet packaging is the only way to deliver precious jewelry. No one but you needs to know the value of what is inside the box as it travels throughout the delivery route to your door. When you open your package, you’ll be amazed at the beautiful gift box containing your purchase. 

Fully Insured – you can have peace of mind after every purchase. All Majestic Diamonds, Inc. shipments including returns are fully insured.

3-5 Business Day Shipping Method within the U.S. and Canada – we use UPS Priority Overnight and UPS Express Shipping for Canadian orders.  

In order for Majestic Diamonds Inc to ship out your item the Shipping address must be the same as the billing address. 

Ability to Track Your Order – you’ll receive a UPS tracking number after you place your order. Know when it will arrive so you can be ready to accept it.

Return Policy:

At Majestic Diamonds Inc, we offer complimentary 14 day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. We take pride that our jewelry is produced with exceptional standards!

Majestic Diamonds is proud to offer free return shipping on all jewelry orders. We will provide the free UPS return shipping label, so that your return process is seamless and easy.

Please note our eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees. For more information, please don't hesitate to call to speak to a jewelry consultant at 1(212)730-0112.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. Items must be free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, must have all original tags and stickers on the item, without signs of wear or tear, and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry. When the item is received and inspected at our New York City location we will reach out to the customer with a confirmation code in order for them to receive their refund. If a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary resize, return and exchange policies. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 14 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship. Similarly, if you plan on picking up your ring from our New York City location, our 14 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order is available for pick up.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER:

 

1.Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization Code: Call us at 1(212)730-0112 to obtain a return shipping authorization code and request your free UPS return shipping label. Write your return shipping authorization code on the outside of the package you are returning. (Please note that the free UPS return shipping label applies to all jewelry orders from the US, and Canada,

2. Packing your order: For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates. For resizes, do not include original certificates and accompanying materials. For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.

3. Shipment and Insurance: In order for the insurance to be valid with the use of your UPS prepaid label, you must "double box" your shipment and follow these instructions. Enclose your item inside its original ring/jewelry box.  Place the ring/jewelry box inside the medium box. Place the medium box inside the larger box. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small UPS Priority box and seal it. Place the small UPS Priority box inside a medium UPS Priority box. Affix the label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest UPS location. Majestic Diamonds INC and UPS are not responsible for packages dropped off in UPS Drop Boxes or Non-UPS staffed locations. Obtain a UPS receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped - this receipt will act as proof of insurance.

REFUND PROCESS

After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once our quality assurance team deems that all return process steps were taken and done properly we will issue the customer the refund. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Majestic Diamonds INC will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase, with the exception of bank wire payments.
