Bracelet Size Guide

How to find your bracelet size
Whether you already know your size or have no idea where to start, this guide will help you find a bracelet that fits beautifully every time.
How to measure your bracelet size
There are two easy ways to find your size at home. Measure the circumference of your wrist, or measure the length of a bracelet that already fits well. Bangles are rigid, so they're sized by your hand instead. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Tennis bracelets
Our tennis bracelets come in a standard 7" (17.8 cm) length, which fits most wrists measuring about 6"–6.5" with a comfortable, elegant drape. A tennis bracelet should move freely on the wrist without sliding over your hand. If your wrist is smaller or larger, contact us. Other lengths are available by request. Bangles
Most of our bangles come in a standard 2.5" (63 mm) inside diameter. Because bangles are rigid, they need to slide over the widest part of your hand. Contact us to ask about other sizes. Shop bangles
Chain & link bracelets
Lengths for our chain, link and fancy diamond bracelets vary by design. Check the product description for the exact length, or contact us if it isn't listed. For most people, the comfort fit column gives the most flattering result: close enough to stay in place, loose enough to move. Shop fancy bracelets
Adjustable bracelets
Our adjustable bracelets use a slider or extender, so one bracelet can be set to fit a range of wrist sizes. They're also a great choice for gifts when you don't know someone's exact size. Want the adjustable range of a specific piece? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How to measure
1Measure your wrist (circumference)
All you need is a soft measuring tape, or a piece of string and a ruler.
- Wrap the tape or string around your wrist just above the wrist bone, where you'd normally wear a bracelet.
- Keep it snug against the skin but not tight.
- Note the measurement, or mark where the string meets and measure it flat against a ruler.
- Find your wrist size in the Wrist size column of the chart and choose your preferred fit.
Snug, comfort or loose? Most people prefer the comfort fit. Choose snug if you like your bracelet to stay in place, or loose for a relaxed look.
2Measure an existing bracelet (length)
Already have a bracelet that fits the way you like? Measuring it is the quickest way to find your length.
- Choose a bracelet that fits comfortably on the wrist you plan to wear it on.
- Unclasp it and lay it flat in a straight line on a table.
- Measure from end to end in inches, including the clasp.
- Find the closest length in the Snug, Comfort or Loose fit columns of the chart.
3Measure your hand for a bangle
Bangles are rigid, so they need to slide over the widest part of your hand rather than just your wrist.
- Bring your thumb toward your little finger, as if you're putting on a bangle.
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your hand, across the knuckles.
- Note the measurement in inches.
- Find the closest measurement in the Hand measurement column of the Bangle sizes chart.
Bracelet sizing tips
- Between sizes? Go up. A slightly loose bracelet is more comfortable and easier to fasten than one that's too tight.
- The one-finger test. With the bracelet on, you should be able to slide one finger comfortably between the bracelet and your wrist.
- Wider pieces need more room. Thick, heavy or wide bracelets take up more space around the wrist, so add a little extra length.
- Stacking. If you'll wear several bracelets together, choose a slightly looser fit so they sit and move nicely as a stack.
Finding someone else's bracelet size
Buying a bracelet as a gift? Here are a few easy ways to find their size without giving it away.
- Borrow a bracelet. Slip one of the bracelets they already wear, lay it flat, and measure it from end to end, including the clasp. Match it to the chart, then put it back before it's missed.
- Choose an adjustable style. An adjustable bracelet with a slider or extender fits a range of wrist sizes, so you don't need their exact size.
- Ask friends or family. A close friend or relative may already know their size, or can casually have them try on a bracelet and report back.
