Refund policy
At Majestic Diamonds Inc., we are pleased to offer a complimentary 14-day return policy, allowing you the time to ensure your purchase is perfect. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply return your item within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. We’re committed to the highest standards of quality in every piece of jewelry we offer.
Please be aware that eternity rings cannot be resized due to their unique design, and custom, modified, or engraved rings may incur resizing fees. For assistance, please contact our jewelry consultants at 1 (212) 730-0112.
Return Requirements – An authorization is required prior to returning any item for exchange, refund, or repair. All returns must include a note containing your name, address, phone number, and authorization number, placed inside the return package. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, alterations, scratches, or blemishes. All original tags, stickers, and documentation should be included. Due to their personalized nature, modified, engraved, resized, or custom-designed items like eternity bands or any special orders as well as those previously exchanged, are non-returnable.
Return and Exchange Processing – Once we receive and inspect your item at our New York City location, you will receive a confirmation code to complete your refund. Please note that canceled orders or items returned for a refund will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any alterations made during production may void our complimentary resize, return, and exchange policies.
Return Timing – If you request a later delivery date, the 14-day return/exchange period begins on the date your order was first available for shipment. For in-store pickups, the period begins on the date your order is ready for collection.
How to Return an Order:
- Obtain a Return Shipping Authorization Code – Call us at (212)-730-0112 to receive your return authorization code. Write the authorization code clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Package Your Order – Include all original packaging and materials, including the packing slip and diamond certificates, for returns or exchanges. For resizes, please exclude certificates and accompanying materials. For security purposes, avoid using terms like "jewelry" or "diamonds" on the package.
- Shipping and Insurance – All returned items must be insured. To maintain insurance coverage, please follow these steps: Place the item inside its original ring/jewelry box, then place this box inside a medium box, and finally, place the medium box into a larger box. Please note that neither Majestic Diamonds Inc. nor shipping company is responsible for packages left in drop boxes. Majestic Diamonds Inc. will not be responsible for items lost during shipping. Be sure to obtain a receipt for confirmation and proof of insurance from the shipping company.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify the item’s condition. Refunds are processed within approximately seven business days after receiving the item, and funds will be issued to the original payment method, with the exception of bank wire payments.
