Care For Your Jewelry

Just like your car, your jewelry lasts longer with regular service. Bring your pieces in and we'll:

  • Check the prongs that hold your diamonds and colored stones, and tighten any that are loose
  • Professionally clean and polish your treasures
  • Inspect clasps for wear

This service is available for any piece of jewelry purchased from us.

Appraisals & Certificates

An appraisal by our gemologists is provided with your purchase. An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of your item, calculated using current market data.

Each appraisal includes:

  • Cut, color, clarity and carat weight for diamonds
  • Millimeter dimensions for gemstones
  • The craftsmanship of the piece

If your jewelry is lost, stolen or damaged, your appraisal helps your insurance company give you an equal replacement, and they can use it to set a coverage rate. The more detail an appraisal contains, the better your chance of an exact replacement.
