At our Custom Design department, our Certified Gemologists and Master Craftsmen are ready
to create a one-of -a-kind piece of jewelry specially made for you.

To make sure we deliver exactly what you have in mind, our custom design process involves
you in every step of the way - from the sketch of your initial design to your perfectly crafted and
finished piece. Once we create the piece for you will receive an email with the perfect CAD
image of your piece of jewelry. At this point you will able to make any adjustments to the item if
necessary. This way the end product will be a piece of jewelry you will love forever.

Care For Your Jewelry

Just like with your car, regular service will extend the life of your jewelry. We can check
the prongs that hold diamonds and color stones. If they're loose, we'll tighten them. We
also professionally clean and polish your treasures and check clasps for wear. This
service is available to you with any piece of jewelry purchased from us.

Appraisals & Certificates

An appraisal done by our gemologists will be provided with you purchase. Appraisal is a
document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item. It is calculated using
current market data, which reflects typical retail prices. The appraisal includes the cut, color,
clarity, carat weight for diamonds or millimeter dimensions for gemstones, and the
craftsmanship of the item. Your appraisal ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage
your insurance company will give you an equal replacement of your item. The more
information contained in the appraisal, the better chance you have of receiving the exact
replacement for that item. Your insurance agency can rely on this appraisal to calculate a
coverage rate for your diamond or piece of fine jewelry.
