Once the design is ready, we’ll send you a CAD image for approval, allowing you to make any adjustments before final production. This ensures your jewelry is exactly as envisioned.

Care For Your Jewelry

Just as routine maintenance preserves the longevity of your car, regular care will enhance the lifespan of your jewelry. We offer thorough inspections to confirm that the prongs securing your diamonds and gemstones are intact, tightening them when necessary. Our service includes all types of repairs; from professional cleaning, polishing, to the assessment of clasp integrity, available for all jewelry purchased from us.

Appraisals & Certificates

With your purchase, you will receive a detailed appraisal prepared by our gemologists. This document provides the estimated retail replacement value of your item, calculated based on current market data to reflect typical retail pricing. The appraisal includes key details such as the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight for diamonds, or millimeter dimensions for other gemstones, as well as information about the item’s craftsmanship. This documentation ensures that, in the event of loss, theft, or damage, your insurance company can replace your item with an equivalent piece. A thorough appraisal enhances the likelihood of an accurate replacement and provides a reliable basis for your insurer to determine coverage for your diamond or fine jewelry.
